Magnify processes account and company details, inspection records, contacts, reports, photos, messages, scheduling information, and technical activity needed to operate the service. Payment providers process payment credentials; Magnify does not need to display full card details to inspection companies.

Information is used to authenticate users, run inspection workflows, generate and deliver reports, support payments and communications, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

Information is shared with service providers only when needed to run Magnify, or when required by law. Inspection companies control the records they enter and the people with whom they share report or signing links. Records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect its security.

Ask your company administrator to correct account or inspection information or to manage your access. Browser controls can clear local preferences and session data. Public report and signing links should be treated as private and shared only with their intended recipients.
