You may use Magnify to manage inspection work for your business. You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and the accuracy and legality of the information you enter or publish.

Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

You keep ownership of your inspection data and other content. You give Magnify permission to store, process, and deliver that content only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for obtaining any client or property-owner permissions your work requires.

We work to keep Magnify available and secure, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product improves. If these terms change materially, the updated terms and effective date will appear on this page.

Keep your credentials private and tell your company administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Access may be limited or removed when needed to protect customers, the service, or comply with law.
