About the money.

What counts as an inspection?

A report you publish. Drafts, practice runs and re-publishing the same report don’t count.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Nothing breaks. Your reports are never held back and the agent keeps working. If you’re regularly over, we’ll move you to the next plan the following month — and tell you first.

Is the AI an add-on?

No. The agent is the product, so it’s in every plan. There are no add-on packs and no per-inspection fees.

How does billing work for a team?

Plans are per inspector, and inspectors on the same team can be on different plans. We’ll work out the right mix with you on the walkthrough.

Do I need a card to see it?

No. The walkthrough is 20 minutes, we build a real report live, and nobody asks for a card.

Can I skip the call?

For now, no — every company gets set up personally by the people who built it. That’s the point.
